What do you do with Thanksgiving Leftovers?
Our favorite thing to do with Thanksgiving leftovers (after sandwiches and reheating just plain turkey and dressing) is to make turkey spaghetti. Just pull your turkey off the bone and set aside.
Heat 2 cans (14 oz cans) crushed tomatoes, 1/2 cup merlot, 1tsp sugar, 1 tsp italian seasoning, 3 garlic cloves grated or minced, and saute some onion to add to the sauce. Let sauce cook for about 30 minutes then add turkey. While turkey is warming up in the sauce, make your noodles. Mix them all together and eat. YUMMMM…..ah, heaven!
