Trying this recipe today.
one onion thinly sliced
5 chicken thighs layered on top
3 cloves of garlic grated
mix together 6 oz tomato paste, one can rotel, two banana peppers, 1/2 tsp basil and oregano both 2 cups red wine (I’m out at the moment so I’m leaving out the best part of the recipe! doh!)
Mix together and pour over thighs. Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 4 hours. Serve over rice or pasta. Top with real parmigiana cheese! Oh my this was amazing!
