I love experimenting with food! This week I made pasta with fresh peppers, onions, 3 cloves of garlic and fresh spinach. It had a third of a package of Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese in it. On top of it I added parmasian reggiano. The side that went with this was roasted asparagus. It was so good.
Last night I made a new recipe for goulash. So very yummy! It had ground turkey, 2 cloves garlic, a third of an onion, half of a head of cabbage and a can of tomatoes with italian spices. I put this over noodles. It’s been a long time since I have made goulash. It was one of those, “oh, let’s see what I can use up out of the fridge tonight,” nights. My kids were so happy! They thought it was spaghetti only it had yummy cabbage in it. Love my kids and the fact that they eat all my weird food (weird as in non processed as much as possible).
