15 Fabulous St. Patrick’s Day Desserts

You all know I love desserts and I especially love special holiday desserts. I have a few of my own St. Patrick’s Day desserts to share and I also went on a search to find some really delicious dessert recipes online for you to try as well. Without further ado, here are 15 fabulous St. Patrick’s Day desserts that look absolutely amazing! You already know we are gonna see lots of green, and lots of yummy, let’s check them out!

1.Marshmallow Pops– These are perfect for my fellow marshmallow lovers out there who are looking to serve an easy sweet treat after their St.Patrick’s day dinner! 

2.Rainbow Cake Pops– If there is one thing my kids love, it’s cake pops! They are an easy way to upgrade your standard cake recipe and you can eat them on the go. It’s a win-win in my book. 

3.Mint Chocolate Oreo Truffle– Truffles are so easy to customize to your own liking in so many different ways. This recipe brings the green with that yummy mint flavor! 

4.St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows– This is my personal recipe and is oh so easy and oh so yummy. A little chocolate, a little green sprinkles (or a lot of green sprinkles!) and you have a festive treat everyone is sure to love!

5.Spinach Ice Cream– I know what you are thinking..spinach…ICE CREAM!? Yes! What I can promise is that you can’t even taste the spinach! It does give the ice cream a beautiful green color and it sneaks some veggies in there for your kids too! 

6.Grasshopper Cheesecake Squares– Cheesecake is one of my all time favorite desserts. This flavor combination of creme de cacao and creme de menthe is perfect for your St.Patrick’s Day festivities! 

7.Chocolate Stout Cake with Ganache Glaze– A good stout is always included in our St.Patrick’s Day meals, so why not put it right in a cake? The stout really punches up the flavor of the chocolate in the best way too.

8.Copycat Shamrock Shake– You can’t get much more festive than a shamrock shake right? And it’s even better when you can make them fresh from home whenever you want to! 

9.Irish Coffee Muffins– If you love the taste of coffee, you are going to LOVE these Irish coffee muffins. They are full of flavor and super moist. 

10.Lemonade Pies– Another one of my personal recipe is this yummy and oh-so-easy to make lemonade pies. So light and fluffy ya’ll, you are gonna love them! 

11.Super Soft Sugar Shamrock Cookies with Buttercream Frosting– You can never go wrong with a good sugar cookie recipe and these are so cute in their little shamrock shapes. Pair it with a smooth buttercream recipe and you have one delicious cookie. 

12.Chocolate Mint Rice Krispies Treats– Another delicious chocolate and mint pairing, this time in a rice krispies treat! 

13.Grasshopper Fudge– Fudge is something that goes over well at almost any event where desserts will be served. And the flavors and green color are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

14.Lucky Charms Blondies– Lucky Charms are my daughters favorite cereal so I knew I had to include this recipe in my list, because if you add cereal to a dessert recipe, you can claim that it’s breakfast right? 

15.Cookie Cheesecake Trifle– Trifle desserts are another fan favorite in my house. Not too sweet, and can be done so many different ways. All you need is a pudding base and some kind of cake. In this case, cheesecake!
