Breakfast cookie Recipe a healthy way to start your day.

I am always on a quest to find a quick and healthy breakfast. I love making these breakfast cookies for my family. They are high in protein and so good for you. My kids love to eat them up. There’s rarely any leftovers after making a big batch of these either. Won’t you try the breakfast cookie for your family?

Here’s the breakfast cookie recipe.

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup oatmeal quick oats
  2. 2 tbs milk
  3. 1 tbsp raisins or craisins
  4. 1/4 or dash of cinnamon
  5. 1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients add peanut butter and milk to moisten. Mound on baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cookie will be moist

    I’d definitely give it a try. It’s packed with all kinds of goodness, and I like the idea of sometimes doing raisins, sometimes Craisins.

    I love how easy these are to make. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to get kids to eat cookies for breakfast, even if they are healthy.
