Breakfast at my house is always on the go and in a hurry. We sleep as long as possible at our house before jumping up to get out the door to school and work. It’s not a great way to start the morning but it’s how it is at my house. I wanted to find a quick and easy breakfast my kids could make. One that would be high in protein and good for them too. When Platefull sent me the ingredients I knew just what I was going to make. These banana boats are so scrumptious and good that you will wonder why you didn’t make them yourself earlier! Here’s the recipe.
- banana cut in half
- peanut butter
- Cut the banana in half and spread peanut butter on one side and nutella on the other. Add granola and put the top and bottom together to eat your banana boat!
